The Bright Horizons Program provides you with innovative child care and early education assistance, a comprehensive service for urgent and ongoing care needs to help mitigate the challenges of balancing work and family obligations.
The program has three main offerings:
- College Coach (for college admissions success)
- Back-Up Care (back-up child and adult/elder care)
- Additional Family Support (for ongoing care needs)

Take the worry out of your child’s educational future with Bright Horizons College Coach®. Your free benefit gives you access to a team of college admissions and finance experts who can help you maximize your child’s chances of admissions success and plan for college costs.
Live events, one-on-one guidance, and online resources assist with all-important aspects of your student’s education. You can also get expert advice on college lists and admissions essays. Register and complete your profile to access the most relevant and timely content for your family to support academic success.
Who’s eligible? You must be a benefits-eligible U.S. employee and your child must be an eligible dependent. For more information, refer to the eligibility page.

Follow these instructions to get started. To register for the first time, go to College Coach and click “Not signed up yet? Register Now.” You’ll then use the following information:

The Bright Horizons Program provides access to temporary back-up center-based childcare as well as in-home care for dependent children and adult/elder family members (even if they don’t live with you).
This benefit allows you to make back-up care arrangements for your loved ones without having to take time away from work when regular care arrangements fall through, an unexpected emergency arises or you simply need additional dependent care assistance.

Let the Bright Horizons Program be your 24/7 family care resource
- Back-up care is available every day. Center-based childcare and in-home care are available Monday-Friday typically between 7am – 6pm. Night and weekend in-home care is also available upon request. To access back-up care services, you must be employed in a benefits eligible work status during the time care is needed.
- For ease of use, advance registration is strongly recommended. Registration is free. Nominal copays apply only when back-up care is provided.
- Online, self-serve and self-pay resources are available to connect with housekeepers, babysitters/nannies, pet sitters/groomers, elder care resources and more.
Our Additional Family Support program provides resources to help you secure your own ongoing care needs including:
- Preferred enrollment access at select Bright Horizons childcare centers
- Discounts off tuitions for full-time care at select participating network child care centers
- Online, self-serve and self-pay resources to search and connect with housekeepers, babysitters and nannies, pet sitters/groomers, elder care resources, planning and referral, tutoring, and test prep and homework assistance
