At-home COVID-19 test kits

We know it is not easy to obtain an at-home COVID-19 test. To assist, we have outlined the resources available below to all U.S. households and employees enrolled in one of our medical plans. We will be updating this page as we receive more information (including a list of participating pharmacies). Please continue to check this page for updates.

 

All Publicis Groupe U.S. employees:
  • Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order four (4) free at-⁠home COVID-⁠19 tests. The tests are completely free, and orders will usually ship in 7-12 days. Order your free at-home tests now so you have it readily available when needed.

    Employees and family members enrolled in a Publicis medical plan: 
  • Pharmacy in-store purchases: At participating pharmacy counters, you will pay $0 out-of-pocket if you purchase select FDA-approved over-the-counter COVID-19 testing kits. Ask your pharmacy what products are available for the $0 out-of-pocket offer. You can purchase up to eight (8) test kits per member per month (30 days). If you purchase a test kit that is not covered at $0, you can pay the full amount out-of-pocket and follow the below steps below to request a reimbursement (up to $12/kit).

  • Getting reimbursements: Currently, not all participating locations are set up to provide over-the-counter COVID-19 testing kits at $0 out-of-pocket. If you bought an over-the-counter COVID-19 test kit on or after January 15, 2022, you have the option of requesting a reimbursement through CVS. These reimbursements can be for any over-the-counter COVID-19 test kits that you paid for out-of-pocket, either online or in-store. You can get reimbursed up to $12/kit (not including shipping) and up to eight (8) test kits per member per month (30 days).

      You and your eligible dependents, if enrolled in a Publicis medical plan, can use telemedicine through Teladoc. Teladoc is available to you 24/7/365 via phone or online video consultation.
